“The exclusive jumpers (which are probably the most stylish Christmas jumpers we’ve ever seen, btw)...” — Anna Lewis is the News Editor at Delish UK

Our Design

We were approached by Stylist Ellie Witt represented by The Only Agency, to design a Christmas jumper for Aperol’s latest campaign in aid of hospitality trade relief fund, Shaken Not Broken.

Looking into the history of Aperol we found that interestingly it became popular after World War II which was the same time the Fair Isle knit pattern also became popular.

This wonderful connection was the inspiration behind the design.

Each symbol in the Fair Isle pattern we created using Aperol branded symbols, such as the well known orange segment and glass, the Art Deco style A, the Aperol bottle and even the Aperol ice cubes.

The Finished Product

It was important to ourselves and Ellie Witt that the jumper was created in quality fabric and as a nod to Aperol’s Italian roots, the jumper was Made in Italy using 100% merino wool.

The team at Knitser Ldn did an incredible job turning our design into something brilliant. We love that this jumper is not just for Christmas!
